Community conduct

Private messages are available only between members who have expressed mutual interest. Reported messages may be reviewed by moderators. We may restrict or disable accounts that breach these rules, create safety concerns or appear to be abusive or deceptive.
Safety and first meetings
Do not send money or private financial details to other members. If you arrange to meet, choose a public place, tell a trusted person your plans and organise your own transport. The website does not supervise or arrange in-person meetings or promise outcomes.
Account closure and moderation

There is no automatic renewal, credit system or membership payment to cancel. If the service were ever to introduce charges, those changes would need to be clearly explained before a member makes any purchase. No member should be silently enrolled in a paid plan.

Member information is provided by members themselves, and the platform does not guarantee its accuracy. General articles and city guides are editorial information, not personalised professional advice or scheduled events. References to public parks, galleries and cafés are suggestions, not introductions or meetings arranged by this website. Please confirm third-party details independently.

Email activation and document-free registration
You must truthfully declare that you are aged 50 or over. You do not have to upload a passport, identity card or other age-verification document to register. Clicking a valid verification link activates email-confirmed account access automatically, without needing the operator to approve the email confirmation. Public profile visibility still depends on applicable community safety checks. Giving a false age or impersonating another person breaches these terms.
Automatic publication after email verification
After confirming a valid email address, members can sign in immediately. An eligible member who completes the required profile fields and passes automated text checks can appear in the member directory without manual approval. Profiles containing external contact details, duplicate content or apparent financial solicitation may be held privately until corrected. File uploads are checked for file format, dimensions and size; there is no independent identity or age-document verification. Reporting, blocking and suspension controls still apply.
