How long do cookies last?
Cookies needed for an active login may end when the browser session ends, or last longer if you select a ‘keep me signed in’ option. Their lifespan depends on the relevant WordPress account settings. Security tokens have their own short validity periods. Our cookie-notice preference lasts up to 180 days and can be cleared earlier through browser settings.
How we handle optional tracking
We do not currently load optional analytics or advertising trackers on the public website. The banner therefore offers an essential-cookies acknowledgement rather than pretending that unused marketing or analytics categories are active. If optional tracking is added later, we will update this policy and make appropriate choices available before loading it where consent is required.
External services and fonts
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain forms to help prevent automated misuse. When you open a protected form, Cloudflare may receive technical information needed to evaluate the request. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own domain, so loading the design does not require a connection to Google Fonts. See our privacy policy for further information.

Installed app and offline access
The installable web app uses a service worker to show a generic offline notice when the internet is unavailable. It does not use Cache Storage to keep dating profiles, member photographs, private conversations or account pages offline. Installing the app does not add separate advertising cookies or enable push notifications. The browser or operating system may still maintain its usual temporary cache and essential account cookies.
